Hey. I’m Jake Schaffer. I came from South Dakota to Fargo and went to college at MState for two years. After that I hung out in Fargo and worked a variety of jobs and attended entrepreneur events which is where I caught the entrepreneur bug. I learned a little bit about a lot of different things such as web development, maker tech, idea making, and having the need to turn everything into a business.
After that my wife and I decided to move to Sioux Falls to try something different. Long story short, we found out we didn’t really like Sioux Falls much and missed Fargo. Luckily, Office Sign Company found me interesting and I now work here as a production artist. I really enjoy working here and get to hang out with a lot of cool people every day.
Other than that I like to recycle and find greener ways to live life. I have a lot of side projects that I work on and have dreams of being a part of an open source community maker/fab/hacker space. I love aquascaped aquariums and hanging out with Erica Kale, my wife, and Aja, our Bernese mountain dog.
