While I haven’t gotten to really know Katy yet (blame the massive wall that separates my little marketing team from the customer service folks) I’ve rarely seen her without a smile on her face as she walks in each morning. Everyone on the customer service team speaks incredibly highly of her and touts her ability to learn quickly and not be scared to jump right in. We feel pretty lucky to have this amazing lady on our team, hear more from Katy herself!

Tell us a little bit more about what this entails? In the position of customer service you are part of a team. You can’t do your job without your teammates. You work with all aspects/departments of a job in some cases in order to produce the final product the customer has envisioned.
Where did you start your career? I started working in the printing industry 13 years ago and never looked back!
How long have you been with OSC? One Month
Favorite thing about your job at OSC? The culture! It’s a great work environment to be a part of.
Favorite OSC tradition, event or work perk? Boppa’s Bagels every other Friday. Yum!
Favorite thing about Fargo / Moorhead? I have lived in the area all of my life, I love having my family near.
When I’m not at OSC you can find me…. at the hockey rink! I am a mother of 3 boys that all play hockey
Favorite place to travel to? A few years ago I traveled to Paris, would go back in a heartbeat.
Favorite restaurant in town? Kobe’s Japanese Cuisine
Favorite sports team? Minnesota Vikings! SKOL
What advice would you give to younger people trying to get into your profession? To be patient, learn the products and never be afraid to ask questions!
