#FridayFeature: Meet Spencer!
It’s #FridayFeature time at Office Sign Company, and we’re thrilled to welcome a new member to our Production Headquarters! We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: we’re fortunate to employ a talented, driven, creative staff. The best part is that we are growing; and continually adding talented, driven, and creative individuals onto our team who value culture as much as the veterans at OSC. With that, meet our latest and greatest – Spencer!

- Spencer Huebner
- Where are you originally from?
- North Fargo
- What’s your current position at Office Sign Company?
- Braille Specialist
- Can you tell us what all that will entail?
- “I’ll be using CNC routers to engrave braille signage.”
- Where did you attend college?
- “I graduated in 2016 from Tulane University in New Orleans. I have a master’s in Architecture and undergraduate degrees in Architecture and Art History, also from Tulane.”
- Have you worked anywhere previously? If so, where?
- “I had internships with Icon Design in Omaha and Bockman+ Forbes, AIA, in New Orleans. I was also a TA for History of Architecture courses at Tulane.”
- Do you have any hidden talents or random fun facts you’d like to share?
- “I was living in New Orleans when Hurricane Katrina hit. I was evacuated from the city about a week later, catching a ride on a stolen city bus. I also make excellent meringue.”
- Favorite sport/sports team?
- Twins
- What are you most looking forward to while working here?
- “Taking advantage of all the high tech tools the company has.”
- What’s your favorite part about this community?
- “Everyone’s friendly and welcoming.”
- When I’m not at OSC, you can find me…..
- “At my grandparents’ farm in Oakes.”
- What’s your favorite meal/restaurant in Fargo??
- “VIP Room in the basement of Block 6, Rhombus Guys, and Sammy’s Pizza.”
- What advice would you give to younger people trying to get into your profession?
- “Don’t be afraid to reach out. I didn’t realize how willing people are to help when you take an interest in their work.”
