As a customer using Network Solutions to help my e-commerce efforts, I grow concerned. Concerned the platform has too many bugs.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve seen some success using Network Solutions. But today, I learned that NetSol has jacked up the monthly fees for their services. Normally this is expected. But my site and many other users, have had numerous credit card errors, timeouts and various cart issues. In fact, I’m paying for a glorified shopping cart-that’s all I ask for is a cart that works and that communicates properly with my merchant gateway. M reward for patience to allow the technicians to repair the bugs? Raised rates from Network Solutions.
It won’t be long before savvy online marketers and e-commerce professionals realize that Network Solutions simply cant keep up with the pros of e-commerce. I invite anyone that reads this thread to share their input on the top e-commerce platforms available today…and a final WARNING to Network Solutions before I pull my sites off their servers…
